New to Query Tuning

I have started tuning queries recently. Apart from the obvious Table Scan in this plan, can you please point me in the right direction. I would really appreciate your inputs Thank you Jack

This is only an estimate. Can you attach the actual plan ? Can you also run the inside of the view so we can see how it is constructed ?
