Yellow highlights in Plan diagram ?

Here i am unable to figure out how to analyse Plan diagram?

Color highlighting is just meant to point out potential issues to draw your eye. For estimated costs (above the icons), they show the operators with the highest cost, scaling from most expensive (red), to orange, to yellow. Under the operator icons, we highlight scans.
