I am looking for a sql server 2012 tutorial

I am looking for good video tutorials on sql server 2012. I want something east and quick to learn. I have tried

Would like some more suggestions by people who have used some..there are so many out there.

Best is to use :

FREE ==> Microsoft Virtual Labs

PAID (but worth it) ==> Pluralsight –> SQL Server has(58 courses)

And involve yourself in communities like dba.stackexchange.com and sqlservercental.com. Very good & helpful communities where you can learn stuff from experts.

Pluralsight are very nice while it allows you for free within 7 days so it worth to try!
