Phew, that's a large and complicated plan, and a query that seems quite redundant in places. First, have you tried consolidating some of those branches so you aren't doing so many repetitive subqueries against the same tables/views? Have you tested the index that the plan recommends on dm_sysobject_s?

Can you provide a post-execution (actual) plan please? There's only so much we can say based on estimates alone. Ideally, you would collect the actual plan by running the query from Plan Explorer PRO.
